We are offering comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and a lot of extras like Fax/Internet-Service, Cable-TV, Transfers to/from the airport, tours and seightseing in the our area of Cha-am and Hua Hin and much more.
Apart from Thai we speak English, German and Finnish (during the low season with restrictions). In general there are no language problems. This is one of the reasons why we have many frequent customers.

Bicycles and Motorbikes (100cc and up) can be rented on a hourly, daily or weekly basis.
Our Restaurant
Cha-am is famous - also among locals - for its fresh seafood. Unlike in other major tourist destinations here the fish is really fresh and still affordable as well.
In our restaurant we server Thai- and Scandinavian Cusine. But we also try really hard to fulfill all extra wishes and requests of our guests. Special Seafood, vegetarian dishes, foreign specialities? All no Problem!
Golf School
We are the golf authority in Cha-am. We -the owners- are playing golf on a professional basis and are specialised in golf lessons with up-to-date equipment and methods. Video analysis is available.
We offer Golf arrangements where you can book and combine the courses of your choice.
At our golf school you can for example:

Free Visa !
Just a few days ago the Thai government decided to extend the waiver of the tourist visa fees until the end of 2010.
Single entry tourist visas can be obtained at Thai Embassies and Consulates free of charge. They enable the holder to stay up to 60 days in the counrty.
For a fee of 1,900 THB this visa can be extended for another 30 days at any Thai immigration office within Thailand.
